Having a background in HR and working as a personnel consultant for numerous multi-nationals, Lee founded Priority Appointments in 1989. Soon Lee secured a contract with one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies to oversee talent sourcing in South East Asia, Europe and the UK. Since then, Lee’s focus, experience and business acumen have seen Priority Appointments achieve major milestones such as international accreditation and recognition as one of the top eight agencies in Western Australia by the Business Bulletin.
Jennifer graduated from Curtin University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. With experience in a vast range of industries including property, resources and professional services Jennifer has a strong foundation in human resources and recruitment. Jennifer joined Priority Appointments in 2003 and specialises in all areas of white-collar recruitment from entry-level roles through to senior management and executive level roles. Due to the growing mining and resources sector Jennifer has grown the technical and site based talent acquisition division to incorporate bulk talent sourcing in the geological, engineering, procurement and logistics, operations management, contracts, HSE and QA/QC areas. Jennifer became a partner in the business in 2007 and continues to strive for excellence by delivering fast, efficient and effective talent sourcing solutions to her clients.

Hayley joined Priority Appointments in 2010 after spending three years in Sydney. After studying psychology at the University of Wellington she realised HR and talent sourcing was her passion and since joining Priority Appointments Hayley has worked alongside the directors in assisting both clients and candidates. Hayley is working towards becoming a partner in the coming years.
Amanda is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience across a variety of sectors including health care, oil and gas, indigenous corporations and professional accounting firms. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and also a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment with the Securities Institute of Australia.
Steph commenced with Priority Appointments as a Recruitment Advisor after many years in the aviation services industry. She brings extensive managerial and talent sourcing experience in airlines, aviation services, retail and hospitality. She has a strong administration background and holds a Diploma of Management. She has many years of customer service experience, and is dedicated to providing a high level of care to our candidates.
Candidate Care Manager
Ali graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2002 in Musical Theatre and Arts Management. Ali’s vast knowledge and experience in Perth media, fashion, marketing and hospitality enables her to identify the right skill-set in our candidates and place them in their perfect role. Ali oversees follow-up and support work with all of our candidates.
